Heed Care is a private, independent care agency run by a qualified nurse and other professionals with extensive first-hand experience.

After 12 years of working as a nurse in Community Mental Health services and A&E, I founded HEED care, which will serve as a tool for us to address concerns and issues that our vulnerable community members face.   My passion and mission is to uphold professionalism and kindness at all times.

Heed Care Ltd was established in 2020 with the goal of providing culturally competent care to people in their own homes.

We are located in Tower Hamlets, but we also serve the surrounding areas of Newham and Hackney.

By working directly with clients in the field, Shakila, our care manager and nurse, gained  firsthand knowledge of what works and what doesn’t.

After many years of working for various medical and care agencies and becoming frustrated with ineffective policies and procedures, Shakila decided to form her own team.

As a result, we now provide quality care and support in the comfort of your own home, care that is effective because it is tailored to you and your family’s needs and wants.
