Terms and Conditions of service

Heed Care is a provider of Personal Care at home. The following document, which should be read in conjunction with our Service User Guide, outlines our Terms and Conditions of Service by which you, the Client, accept the services of Heed Care. You accept that these Terms and Conditions of Service have been made available to you, and that any acceptance by you of the services provided by Heed Care will constitute a contract with Heed Care incorporating these Terms and Conditions of Service.

The “Heed Care” agency which is licensed by the Care Quality Commission provides domiciliary care to people who wish to remain living in their own homes. The Agency operates from offices at Unit 507, 7 Corsican Square, London, England, E3 3YD.

The Service

Heed Care will provide the services as set out in the Service User Care Plan, as Heed Care and the Client may agree to amend from time to time by prior agreement. The provision of services is subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Service:

  • Payment: All invoices are payable immediately on receipt and must be paid directly to Heed Care by either direct debit, cheque or bank transfer. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Heed Care’.
  • Deposit: Heed Care reserves the right to require a deposit, payable as security against the anticipated final invoice.
  • Late Payment: If payments are late, Heed Care may, without prejudice to its other rights, suspend services. In addition, if payment is not received in full within 30 days of the invoice date, a late payment fee will be charged at the rate of 10% per annum on any outstanding balance. Should an invoice remain unpaid for a period of 30 days or more, Heed Care reserves the right to terminate the services provided with 24 hours notice and to charge for any reasonable costs incurred in taking steps to obtain payment.
